This short par 3 allows the player to choose from several different strategies depending on their expertise. The two most challenging and farthest tee-boxes are 134 yards and 125 yards and will insist that your first shot goes over the grove of pine trees, over the bend of the Sirico River, and land to the back right of the green avoiding the bunker in front. For your second shot the pin is now uphill and protected by three large bunkers behind it.
From the front two tee boxes, while the yardage is similar, your strategy is only slightly easier. For your first shot you have a short fairway approach. For your second shot, keep in mind the pin is now uphill and protected on two sides by the three bunkers; two of which are between your ball and the green. For your first shot, it is recommended to try to avoid the fairway altogether and place the ball either on the green behind the pin, or to the back right of the green and approach the pin from the rear.
